Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

All orders ship from our US-based warehouse located just outside of Salt Lake. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship out the following Monday. Order placed during weekends and holidays will ship the following business day. Transit time is based on your location and shipping method chosen.

At this time, we only ship globally to Canada. Any VAT, tariffs, customs and import duties are not included in the unit price or shipping costs and are collected upon delivery.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please send our customer support team an email at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request”. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Product must be returned to receive a refund
  • Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued
